Josh is delighted to be joining Top Hat as Assistant Musical Director. He is currently Associate Musical Supervisor of the upcoming Annie tour, having previously served as Musical Director on the 2023 production. He was recently Assistant Musical Director on Burlesque (Savoy Theatre, London), and other recent work includes Redlands (Chichester), Nativity! The Musical (Birmingham Rep), and Chicago (Japan and UK/International Tour). Further credits include Local Hero (Chichester), Falsettos (The Other Palace, London), and Flashdance (International Tour). He previously worked as Cover Conductor on Guys and Dolls (Bridge Theatre, London).

As a pianist, Josh has deputised on numerous West End and touring productions, including Kiss Me Kate (Barbican Centre, London), Sister Act (Eventim Apollo, London), Wicked (UK Tour), The Wizard of Oz (UK Tour), South Pacific (Sadler’s Wells, London), and played for the SKY/NBC television production of How The Grinch Stole Christmas.

Josh trained at the University of York, graduating with a First Class BA (Hons) in Music.
